Return Policy


We want you to love your Cosmic Wave pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Body Jewelry:
For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewelry (including septum, daith, nostril, and cartilage pieces) is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Please note: We’re unable to process order inquiries or returns through social media DMs. All return requests must be submitted via email.

Return Approval & Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you’re welcome to return your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging each order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out. We’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

This helps us assess the situation and determine the best next step.

Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’re always happy to help you file a claim if needed.
